Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology Examination
Does your child suffer from recurring middle ear or throat inflammations? Impaired hearing ability? Difficulty with nasal breathing?
The Examination includes:
-
A detailed consultation to discuss your child’s symptoms, medical history, and any concerns you may have.
-
Careful assessment of the skin on your child’s face, including use of a dermatoscope when necessary to examine lesions or abnormalities in detail.
-
Ears are examined under magnification and gently cleaned if needed.
-
This test evaluates middle ear pressure and eardrum function.
-
Internal examination of the nasal passages to check for inflammation, structural anomalies, or polyps.
-
We assess the oral cavity and throat for signs of infection or abnormalities.
-
Lymph nodes are palpated and scanned with ultrasound if necessary.
-
A personalized explanation of your findings and, if necessary, a recommendation for further treatment or follow-up care.
